Job description

Company Overview:

Join our dynamic and fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in the sale of mattresses and bedding products across various online marketplaces. With a strong presence in Germany, France, and the Netherlands, we are poised for expansion into new markets. We're seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Team Lead who will develop and execute our Amazon strategies, continuously increase the sales performance of our listings, optimize advertising campaigns, and drive our Amazon growth together with the BizDev team.

Your Tasks

Listing Optimization & Content Management:

  • Keyword research and implementation for titles, bullet points, and backend keywords

  • Creation of A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) in close collaboration with the design and brand team

    Data Analysis & Performance Reporting

  • Monitoring all relevant Amazon KPIs (sales, conversion rate, ACOS, impressions)

  • Building and automating dashboards for daily performance tracking

    Growth Strategies & Testing:

  • Development of A/B tests (pricing, images, copy) and evaluation of results

  • Deriving actionable recommendations for product rankings and PPC budgets

    PPC Campaign Management

  • Planning, implementation, and scaling of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP campaigns

  • Budget management with a focus on ROAS and ACOS

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Close coordination with product, marketing, and business development teams

  • Providing input for global rollout strategies of new product ranges and bundles

Job requirements

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in economics, data science, marketing, or a comparable field

  • Initial practical experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and SEO/SEA in a marketplace environment

  • Strong analytical skills: proficient in Excel, Python, or R

  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL is a plus

  • Affinity for e-commerce and interest in Amazon-specific algorithms (A9)

  • Fluent German (C2) and very good English (B2/C1), both written and spoken

  • High level of initiative, structured way of working, and strong team spirit
