We’re a fast-growing e‑commerce company specializing in premium sleep solutions—mattresses, bedding and accessories—sold through our own web shops and leading marketplaces across Europe. With headquarters in Berlin and a truly international team, we’re on the lookout for an ambitious Intern to support our Shop Management department and gain hands‑on experience in the world of online retail.
Your Role
As our Shop Management Intern, you’ll be the backbone of our day‑to‑day online store operations. You’ll work closely with our Shop Manager, Marketing and Logistics teams to ensure our products are perfectly presented, our inventory is up‑to‑date, and our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
What You’ll Do
Product Listing & Content Updates
– Create and maintain product pages (titles, descriptions, images, specs)
– Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all channelsInventory & Order Support
– Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Logistics to prevent out‑of‑stocks
– Assist with order processing issues and customer inquiriesPerformance Monitoring
– Track key metrics (sales trends, conversion rates, cart abandonment)
– Prepare weekly status reports and flag any anomalies to the Shop ManagerMarketing & Promotions
– Help plan and implement on‑site promotions, banners, and email campaigns
– Collaborate with the Social Media & Content teams to drive trafficProcess Optimization
– Identify opportunities to streamline workflows within the shop management process
– Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) as you learn
Job requirements
What You Bring
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related field
Strong interest in online retail, digital marketing and customer experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German skills are a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CMS or ERP systems is a bonus
Detail‑oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and a collaborative spirit
