Position Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and responsible intern to join our Marketplace Operations Team. This team is responsible for managing the backend operations of our online marketplaces — including uploading new products, updating pricing and content, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all listings.

This is a critical support role involving sensitive tasks. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and understands the importance of precision when handling product data. Errors in this area can have a direct impact on customer experience, sales, and operational efficiency — therefore, accuracy and diligence are essential.

This internship is intended for currently enrolled university students who are looking to complete a mandatory internship as part of their academic program.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing product listings on multiple e-commerce marketplaces through backend tools and spreadsheets

• Perform uploads and updates of product content, pricing, and availability in a timely and accurate manner

• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure data accuracy before submission

• Support the team with regular maintenance tasks such as price adjustments, content revisions, and offer uploads

• Document workflows and contribute to process improvements

• Ensure correctness of data in the PIM system

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program and required to complete a mandatory internship

• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and an affinity to data

• Comfortable working with large quantities data and spreadsheets

• Able to follow structured procedures and verify work before submission

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Prior experience with e-commerce platforms or marketplace tools is a plus (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Mirakl, Shopify)

• German language skills are a plus
